One of our most frequent clients stopped me recently and asked me an interesting question? She asked me "do you know why I come here, and not to another office?" I responded that "it was because of our good service and fair prices, right?".
She said, "well, yes, your services are very good, and your prices are certainly one of the lowest in the area, but that's not why I come here.". I asked her, "is it because you feel comfortable here at our office, or you like the people"? She said, "yes, I do like the people here, and your office is very beautiful, but that's not why I come here...the reason I come to your office is because I trust you and your staff. The treatments I receive here are for my face and body, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face accept your office. Your staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and I never feel rushed."
I've thought about this conversation and realized that in this time of tough economic times, many people are out looking for bargains. And while we try to do our part to offer incentives to make beauty affordable, it really does come down to trust. It seems most people don't care if they save $50 on a Botox treatment or not, so long as they know they are in capable and caring hands.
We'll do our part -- if you ever find a competitor offering you a cheaper price on any service we offer, bring us their written offer, and we'll match it. If you find that you are not being serviced in our facility in any way that does not make you feel like you can entrust us with your safety and beauty concerns, please let us know. We will do whatever we must to make sure you will feel absolutely comfortable with your treatments. In the end, it is all about trust.
