Mission Statement.

To deliver to the highest level of satisfaction of our clients safe and effective esthetic services and products at an affordable price in a private and luxurious medical spa.

 

What makes New Image MedSpa different?

We are not a physician's office that is "also a medical spa". We are not a tanning, hair salon or nail salon that is also a medispa. We are strictly a medical spa. Our focus is only on esthetics; and to this end, we are constantly striving to improve our facility in every respect by adding new services and products that are proven by clinical studies to be effective and safe. Our focus is on skin treatments using lasers, injections, and similar complimentary services that improve our clients' appearance and well-being.

 

No sales people here - we employ only medical and esthetic professionals.

Unlike other chain medspas, we do not employ a full time sales force that makes the experience of visiting a medspa much like haggling for a used car. In our facility, you will deal directly with a medically trained professional who will review your unique goals and suggest an appropriate and cost effective treatment plan. Our prices are clear cut and are lower than the industry average. We do not depend on "deep discounts" or complex pricing schemes. Our business is run efficiently and the savings are passed on directly to our clients.

 

Professional People, Professional Equipment, Professional Products.

We only use professional or medical grade equipment and products. All equipment in our facility is consistently maintained to original manufacturer's specifications, and is sanitized before and after each treatment. All of our personnel is highly trained and certified on the equipment used by our office. Our facility is OSHA compliant.

 

Physician Supervision.

Physician supervision and involvement in our facility gives our clients the assurance that they are in a professional environment. Our physicians are board certified, and highly trained in esthetics. Although we still come across people who are happy to be injected with medication from unverifiable sources by a "nurse" or a "technician" in their house or salon, our belief is that when it comes to medicine, whether traditional or esthetic, safety is not something to take chances with. Our facility allows only physicians to perform invasive or ablative services. We only purchase medical and skin care products from original product manufacturers or authorized distributors.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality.

Our facility is fully HIPPA compliant. Your visit to our facility will be discrete, comfortable and convenient. We respect your busy schedule, and strive to keep your wait time at your appointment to a minimum. Your consultation, treatments and any information provided to our facility is kept strictly confidential.

 

Facility Polices.

Appointments, No Shows, and Payment for Services/Products.

We accept appointments with at least 24 hours notice, and we will accomodate walk in appointments on a first come first serve basis. When cancelling appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice (48 hours for weekend appointments). Unkept appointments, or appointments cancelled the same day of the appointment (or less than the required notice), shall be deemed a "no show".  No-shows for appointments are subject to cancellation fees of up to $50 per appointment.  Please arrive on time for your appointment.   Arriving late for your appointment may shorten your treatment time or forfeit your treatment completely if we do not have adequate time to perform the treatment; no-show fees will apply to late appointments if they must be rescheduled or cancelled.

To secure an appointment, you will be asked to provide a valid credit/debit card. We accept payments by Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also offer patient financing through CareCredit, including a 12 month no-interest plan for certain services, and low interest plans up to 60 months.  Please call our office for details.

 

Refunds.

Services performed or pre-paid are non-refundable. If an unused portion of services is not going to be used by a client, you may request that unused portion of the services that are pre-paid to be applied to another service.  Products purchased from our facility may be returned to our office if unopened and in the original packaging in good saleable condition with the original receipt within 30 days from the date purchase. In case of an adverse reaction, you may return the product for a credit to be issued toward the purchase of another product.

 

Photographic Consent.

We require all of our patients to allow us to take before and after photographs so that we may track your progress. The protographs shall not be used for any commercial means, and shall not be redistributed in any fashion without your consent. In cases where the photographs are to be used for clinical studies or clinical papers, the photograph's subject shall be made unidentifiable.

 

Appointment Reminders.

We prefer to notify our clients of their upcoming appointments by email. If you do not have a valid (private) email account where such reminders can be sent, we can also send your appointmetn reminder as a text message to your cellular phone (fees from your cellular carrier may apply). Otherwise, we are more than happy to phone you a reminder 48 hours in advance. Please provide us a phone number where we can reach you easily during day time hours, or a phone number where we can leave you a reminder message on a voice mail.

 

Loyal Client Programs.

We offer several programs to our loyal clients that provide significant rewards for frequent visitors or for referrals to our facility.

  • Loyalty Reward Points: some of our services award a pre-set amount of "Loyalty Points". You can accumulate these points for free services. Please ask our front desk for a listing of the possible loyalty rewards services. Points may not be substituted for services other than those listed, and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Your check out receipt will show your accumulated Loyalty Points at the very bottom.
  • New Client VIP Pass: If you have friends who you believe will benefit from an introduction to our services, please ask about our New Client VIP Pass. This is your chance to treat a friend to $300 worth of our services for less than $50. Call us for details.
  • Friends with Benefits Reward Program:  Refer a friend to our office and receive $50 cash when your friend buys a package of at least $1000.
